Bad Weather at Atlantic City
It was so wet and windy, while I was at Atlantic City, that all the newspaper stands and trash cans fall down.

The weather was cold, wet, and windy at the Steel Pier, Atlantic City, NJ.
The homeless cats have no shelter to stay away from the wind and rain.
However, they have warmth given by a stranger who lives nearby.
