09/26/09 - Museum Day!

It was museum day last Saturday, that means we can go to participating museums for free if we have a pass. Because of this, I went to see the Cime & Punishment Museum.
This gun is really small. It is about the size of a hand.

It is worth it!

Today is the final day for the group project. I think it is worth the money and time when seeing everyone enjoy walking through it. Hahaha, I am glad we did what we originally planned.

Hirshhorn & Washington National Cathedral

I had a fun yet relaxing Sunday. I went to both the Hirshhorn Museum and Washington National Cathedral to do some shooting with, of course, my new DSL, my Lomography cameras, and my Panasonic point-and-shoot camera. Thank goodness the day was very nice and I have some companies with me. Hahaha.

My gears! And, of course, I have my DSLR with me!

First stop: Hirshhorn Museum...

Before you enter into the museum, you will be welcomed by this big sculpture.

This is the fountain that is in the middle of the Hirshhorn Museum. The water can go up to the height of the building, which is around thirty-five feet.

A group of sculptures...

More sculptures...

This is a one way mirror cube...

This is a somewhat a bad panorama taken from the inside of Hirshhorn Museum. It would have been better if I can take it from the outside balcony that was there but it was locked.

Next stop: Washington National Cathedral...

The exterior...

A shot of the inside...

Ribbed vault! One of the things I like about this cathedral...

Well, that is all I have for now!
